Alicia is a qualified mining engineer who has been working in the Australia resources sector since 1998.
She has worked for BHP Billiton Iron Ore, Rio Tinto Coal Australia and New Hope Coal. She has extensive experience in geologically challenging open cut operations and specializes in medium term planning.
Alicia has gained extensive knowledge in truck and shovel operations including strip design work, waste scheduling, dump optimisation and haul cycle analysis work.
